Timothy Poor- CEO
Timothy has spent his entire career of over 30 years taking highly innovative technology, products and companies to market globally. Able to take complex concepts and communicate these effectively to the board room and Governments.
Most recently working in C level roles Timothy has defined and executed go to market strategy for new energy solutions for large companies in the US, Europe and China, in both the transportation and fixed scenarios.
As a member of the UK management team for CACI, Timothy ran the largest managed service accounts for this management consultancy, specialising in rapid deployment of teams to fulfil operational requirements.
Over the course of his career Timothy has held senior Strategy and Business Development roles for listed and private companies. From 1996 to 2000 he served as head of Business Development for Psytechnics, a BT spin-off which designed algorithm’s which understood the quality of speech in a telecoms network, one of the first applications of machine learning and AI. He licenced this IP and Patents to the worlds leading Telcos and network management companies. He created partnerships with leading companies such as IBM, Micromuse, Nokia, Microsoft, Huawei, Skype, Motorola and more.
Prior to this Timothy introduced the category of Network Management and end-user performance management software to Europe, bringing Firstsense to market, followed by a successful acquisition by CA.
Timothy began his career as a programmer on the Apple II, at the very birth of the PC revolution.

Bertie Ahern - Chair of The Advisory Board
Bertie Ahern was first elected to the Dáil (Parliament) in 1977 he was Minister for Labour from March 1987 to November 1991 and was appointed Minister for Finance on three separate occasions from November 1991 to December 1994. He has served as Tánaiste (Deputy Prime Minister), Minister for Arts, Culture & the Gaeltacht and Minister for Industry and Commerce at various stages. His first ministerial appointment was as Government Chief Whip and Minister of State at the Department of the Taoiseach and at the Department for Defense in 1982. Bertie Ahern was a member of Dublin City Council from 1978 to 1988 and had the honor of serving as Lord Mayor of Dublin from 1986 to 1987. In November 1994 he was elected leader of his party Fianna Fáil and served as Leader of the Opposition from then until June 1997. He was first elected Taoiseach (Prime Minister) in June 1997, he was re-elected in June 2002 and again in May 2007.
In 1997 Bertie Ahern received widespread praise for his political skills in ensuring that this administration served it full five-year term and delivered on real political and economic progress for the Irish people. The defining moment of this period and a defining moment in Irish history was the successful negotiation by Bertie Ahern and Tony Blair of the Good Friday Agreement between the British and Irish Governments and the political parties in Northern Ireland in April 1998.He was re-elected Taoiseach (Prime Minister) in June 2002. These years were a period of unprecedented economic growth and social change in Ireland. It was also a period of continuing and intense engagement with the Northern Ireland peace process. On 8th May 2007 those years of work paid a rich dividend when a power sharing Administration was established in Northern Ireland. After nine years of unstinting political commitment this historic event represented the full implementation of the Good Friday Agreement and a great triumph for Mr Ahern, Mr Blair and the leaders of the Northern Ireland parties. On 14 June, 2007, following a general election which saw his party, Fianna Fáil, returned to power Mr Ahern was elected as Taoiseach (Prime Minister) for the third time.
On the wider world stage during his Presidency of the European Council from January 2004 to June 2004 Bertie Ahern presided over the historic enlargement of the European Union to 27-member states including eight countries from Eastern Europe. He led Ireland to take leadership roles on key global issues such as increasing aid to developing countries and tackling the spread of HIV AIDS.
Bertie Ahern's achievements as a leader at home and abroad have been recognized internationally. He has been conferred with honorary degrees by several universities and is one of only five people to enjoy the great distinction of having been invited to address both the Houses of Parliament at Westminster and the Houses of Congress of the United States in Washington D.C.

Richard Martin - Chairman
Richard began his career in the British Army serving across the globe before joining the police service in 1994. He has recently retired from his role as Deputy Assistant Commissioner with the Metropolitan Police Service.
During his career he has worked in the most challenging and complex areas of policing on both a national and international basis and has had the opportunity to shape and enhance key policing approaches, structures and legislative change.
Richard has extensive experience of leading and developing large organisations and working with governments globally and is adept at establishing strong relationships with C-Suite stakeholders and influencing change at the highest level having been called on to advise a wide range of committees both in the UK Parliament and internationally.
Since leaving policing, Richard has worked extensively at C Suite level working with a number of green energy companies including Ares Motorworks, Giga Carbon Neutrality and Sun Seven Stars Investment Group. He has expertise in building robust strategic frameworks designed to underpin and optimise operational performance. With a collaborative and authentic leadership style he can inspire teams and individuals to consistently achieve the most challenging objectives and is adept at building international relations at all levels.
Richard has extensive experience of working with the media and with the public, private and voluntary sectors. He is a non-executive director of a charity that tackles modern day slavery and human trafficking and remains committed to ensure that the most vulnerable in society are protected.
Richard hold a master’s degree in leadership from the University of Leicester.

Prithu Prakash - CTO
Prithu is a seasoned leader with over 25 years of experience in shaping organizational structures and driving business results across diverse sectors, including healthcare, enterprise, military, and private communications. His career has been marked by the strategic integration of technology and legal frameworks to transform underperforming business units and unlock trapped assets, resources, and capabilities.
Prithu was a key member of the Bell team that transitioned from CDMA to LTE and later led the company strategy and design of the IoT national network. While at General Dynamics, he developed the GD-MS Global Shield program, bringing together governments, academia, multinational corporations, and local industries to advance next-generation covert and overt communications. This initiative leveraged raw data and distributed hierarchical AI to create intelligent border control systems with self-forming, self-healing networks powered by autonomous sensors, integrators, and aggregators. During his time at NIST, Prithu played a pivotal role in the creation of the cybersecurity framework that is widely used today.
Prithu excels at creating and managing global cross-functional teams, fostering relationships built on trust, and influencing organizational culture. His approach to leadership is grounded in a passion for people and talent, always focusing on the development of innovative solutions that drive business success. By reframing challenges and offering fresh perspectives, Prithu has consistently raised the bar in how organizations think about talent, idea development, and execution.
His expertise spans a wide range of industries, including wireless and fixed communications, cloud and embedded architectures, and various business models such as CAPEX to OPEX and SaaS-based instruments. Prithu has a proven track record of optimizing resources and influencing all levels within an organization, using a collaborative approach to achieve optimal outcomes.
A strong advocate for leveraging vendor roadmaps and innovative approaches to navigate resource constraints, Prithu has demonstrated his ability to craft evidence-based solutions that balance technical, business, legal, and procedural considerations. His strategic thinking allows him to advance holistic strategies with minimal cost and time investment.

Robert Hoey
Robert served as a senior British police officer at Scotland Yard in a career spanning over 30 years. He has worked in some of the most challenging environments, leading investigations and strategies in relation to serious and organised international crime.
Since leaving the Police Service he has performed high profile roles for the UK Government and Law Enforcement as part of the team delivering a successful Brexit, mitigating the risk to the UK as a result of leaving the European Union. He has also consulted for the United Nations and Non-Governmental Organisations in hostile environments in the Middle East and Africa to professionalise their safeguarding processes. He has also led and influenced change at the highest level of law enforcement and government through the delivery of comprehensive improvement programmes bringing large organisations together to work more efficiently.
Most recently, Robert has worked with companies utilising his experience and network to find green, sustainable solutions for customers.
Robert is particularly skilled in building and developing strong strategic relationships having collaborated successfully with International partners in order to tackle complex issues affecting many countries, particularly in Europe.

George Rogers
George Rogers has spent 40 years helping to create, build, and protect great brands. Today, George is the Chairman of Optimal, a USA based digital media and performance marketing company owned by Orix Capital Partners. He is also an Associate with Ravenscroft Consultants where he specializes in Marketing, Media, and Communications consulting. George most recently was the Chief Client Officer and Chief Commercial Officer at Refinery29 where he helped engineer the acquisition of Refinery29 into the Vice Media Group in November 2019.
From 2011 to 2018, George was the Chief Client Officer for WPP responsible for Global Business Development across the WPP group, reporting to WPP's Founder and CEO. In this role, George was responsible for building relationships with $6.5 Billion of global clients and Holding Company new business prospecting. George led over a dozen successful WPP pitches - increasing the number of WPP Global Client Teams from 30 to 50+. George joined WPP initially as the President of JWT Detroit in 2005. In this role, George grew and transformed the Agency's relationship with its largest client, Ford Motor Company.
In 2006, George was appointed President and CEO of WPP Team Detroit (now GTB), the joint venture comprised of the 8 Detroit-based offices of WPP's top marketing communications agencies - JWT, Y&R, Wunderman, Ogilvy, and Mindshare serving Ford. This first-ever WPP integrated operation combined the talents and resources of 5000+ employees and remains the largest of the WPP Global Client Teams.
Prior to joining WPP, George was at Massachusetts-based Mullen as Executive Vice President, Group Director. During his eight-year tenure, he grew its relationship with General Motors, as well as a wide variety of non-automotive accounts including Stanley Tools, XM Radio and U.S. Department of Defense. Before Mullen, George spent 13 years at Arnold Worldwide in Boston, where he helped win the Volkswagen North American account in 1995. As the Account Director on VW, he introduced that now famous "Drivers Wanted" campaign, which went on to receive the gold Effie for overall advertising effectiveness in 1997 and 1998.
George is married with three children. He is a Trustee Emeritus of his Alma Mater, Connecticut College in New London, CT.

Marty Wade is the CEO of the Mid-Atlantic Clean Hydrogen Hub (MACH2).
He has thirty-nine years advising senior management and Boards of Directors on 200+ strategy, acquisition, divesting and restructuring projects and has served on twenty-two corporate boards and a private equity firm.

John F Wallace
John F. Wallace is Chairman and CEO of the Wallace Securities Corporation, John is also the President and Managing Partner of Philadelphia Financial Services, LLC (“PFS”). His company provides consulting services to firms in the financial services industry.
For the majority of his career, John was a senior executive & officer of the Philadelphia Stock Exchange ("PHLX"). John started at the PHLX in 1964, and became a member of the PHLX in 1971. John served as a member of the PHLX Board of Governors from 1984 until August 2008. During his tenure at the PHLX John held several senior positions including Chairman, Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. He traded on all floors of the exchange in the capacity of a specialist/market maker on the options and equity floors, as a floor broker for equities, options, and currencies. In addition to his service as Chairman of the PHLX Options Committee and member of the PHLX Executive Committee, John served on virtually every PHLX Committee and chaired the following PHLX committees: Admissions, Allocation, Arbitration, Elections, Evaluation and Securities, Finance, Long Range Strategic Planning, Marketing, New Product Development and Nominating. John also served as Chairman of the Board of the Stock Clearing Corporation of Philadelphia, Chairman of the Board of the Philadelphia Board of Trade, Chairman of the Board of the Philadelphia Depository Corporation and a board member of the PHLX's technology subsidiary, Advanced Tech Source Company. Over the course of his career in the securities industry, John has also been a member of the Toronto Stock Exchange, a seat owner of the New York Mercantile Exchange as well as registered with the National Futures Association as a floor broker.
On July 24, 2008, the NASDAQ OMX Group, Inc. acquired the PHLX. Following the acquisition, John was Vice Chairman of NASDAQ OMX PHLX.
Upon leaving NASDAQ OMX PHLX, John was a founder of Miami International Holdings, Inc. ("MIH") a company focused on building exchange technology. He served as the President - Chief Executive Officer and was on the board of directors for MIH.
John is a graduate of Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, PA. He served for 27 years in the United States Army, the Army Reserve and the Army National Guard; he retired holding the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. John saw active duty in Grenada in 1983 with 1st Special Operations Command and Desert Storm from December 1990 to July 1991 with the Third U.S. Army. He is a graduate of the United States Army Command and General Staff College and the National Emergency Management Institute of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).
